The senior partner of the law firm Broderick, Sloan and Murdock, Kerwin J. Broderick used Titan technology to empower super-villains. Working behind the scenes, he was directly responsible for the creation of Dark Messiah, the Disciples of Doom, Angar the Screamer, Ramrod and Terrex. After revealing himself as the mastermind behind a string of attacks in San Francisco, Broderick melded with Terrex. While in battle, Angar, Captain Marvel and Moondragon were able to separate Broderick and Terrex. Broderick was killed in the process.
