Skip Ash was the owner of Factory Farm, a company that genetically modified animals and experimented on humans. He helped mutate the woman who would become Number Nine. After her escape (inadvertantly caused by Skip's daughter, Brandy), Skip hired Shotgun to retrieve his creation.
